The Director-General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) will visit Tehran Tuesday to discuss Iran's nuclear program.

Iran PressEurope: The UN nuclear watchdog said in a statement on Thursday that Rafael Grossi will arrive in Tehran on Tuesday, November 23, to meet Iranian officials.

"We can confirm that IAEA Director General Rafael Grossi will meet with senior Iranian government officials in Tehran on Tuesday, November 23," the statement said. "The Director-General is expected to hold a press conference on his return to Vienna later that day."

Grossi had hoped to meet Iranian officials ahead of the next meeting of the IAEA's Board of Governors, which was scheduled for next week.

Grossi will meet Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian and the head of Iran's atomic agency, Mohamed Eslami.
