Hamburg (IP)- The winners of the 12th Hamburg Kurdish Film Festival in Germany were announced, and Iranian filmmakers won first and second prizes.

Iran PressEurope: The twelfth Kurdish Film Festival was held in Hamburg, Germany, by the Iranian Kurds living in Germany, focusing on the works of Iranian Kurdistan filmmakers.

The Iranian Kurds delivered 42 works displayed at the festival, including ten documentaries, 24 animation and story short films, and four films in the special section for children and teenagers.

The festival's first prize was awarded to the short film 'Stain' directed by Shooresh Vakili from Iran, and the second prize was awarded to the short film 'Qurantine' directed by Mohammad Reza Ardalan.
