Iran ready to improve economic relations with Algeria

Tehran (IP)- The Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran, in a meeting with the Algerian Ambassador to Tehran, stressed Iran's readiness to expand cooperation in all economic, political, and cultural fields with the country.

Iran PressIran news:  "We hope that with the mutual efforts of officials and the public and private sectors, we will see an increase in the level of exchange and cooperation in all fields, especially in the field of economics between the two countries," said Rostam Ghasemi, Minister of Roads and Urban Development of Iran in a meeting with Abdekmoun'aam Ahriz, Ambassador of Algeria to Iran.

He added: "The development of trade exchanges is in the interest of both sides and the best thing to do is to adopt a common position on regional issues to achieve this goal."

In the meeting, Ghasemi expressed satisfaction with the continuation of long-standing, historical, and friendly relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Algeria.
