Tehran (IP) – Iran's pavilion at the Dubai International Expo 2020 was inaugurated in the Persian Gulf Hall of the Tehran International Exhibition via videoconferencing.

Iran PressIran news: Iranian Minister of Industry, Mine and Trade, Reza Fatemi-Amin, attended the inauguration.

Several members of the Islamic Consultative Assembly of Iran are also scheduled to attend the Persian Gulf Hall.

After the opening ceremony, a symposium of heads of chambers of commerce and a group of Iranian exporters will be held.

Expo 2020 is a World Expo currently hosted by Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, originally scheduled for 20 October 2020 – 10 April 2021. However, due to the COVID-19 pandemic in the United Arab Emirates, the new dates are 1 October 2021 – 31 March 2022.
