Iran's Army Ground Force kicked off 'Fatehan Kheibar' (Conquerors of Kheibar) drill in northwestern Iran.

Iran PressIran news: In the military exercise, kicked off on Friday, Army's units of electronic war, artillery, martial-engineering as well as armored brigades, supported by the Army's Aviation unit's helicopters, will participate. 

The Commander of Iranian Army Ground Forces Brigadier-General Kiumars Heidari said that the drill aimed at testing the most upgraded weapons and military equipment as well as the assessment of the readiness of the armed forces. 

"The overt and covert presence of the Zionist regime's elements and the possibility of a significant number of ISIL terrorists in the countries of the region adds to the importance of this exercise," the commander highlighted.
