Tehran (IP): Taliban spokesman called Us position on Afghanistan caretaker cabinet or members of the Haqqani family whose name appeared on the US blacklist as a clear violation of Doha agreement.

Iran press/Asia: According to Iran Press, Zabihollah Mujahid, Taliban Spokesman was quoted by Pentagon officials as saying that some members of the Afghanistan caretaker cabinet or members of the Haqqani family were on the US blacklist and were still being targeted.

"Taliban sees this as a clear violation of the Doha agreement, which is neither in the interests of the United States nor in the interests of Afghanistan."

He added: "The Haqqani family is part of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan and does not have a separate name or organizational structure."

According to Mujahid, in the Doha agreement, all officials of the Islamic Emirate, without exception, were part of the interaction with the United States and should have been removed from the blacklist of the United Nations and the United States, a demand that has not yet been implemented.

The Taliban spokesman said the Islamic Emirate strongly condemned the United States and other countries for making such provocative statements and trying to interfere in Afghanistan's internal affairs.

Mujahid added: "Such statements by US officials are a repetition of past failed experiments and such positions are harmful to the United States. We want these wrong policies to be reversed immediately through diplomatic interactions."
