Tehran (IP): The Iranian foreign minister called the US the main violator of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA).

Iran PressIran news: In a meeting with all ambassadors and foreign representatives residing in Tehran, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian added: "We believe that wise negotiations guarantee the rights of Iran, and we are active on this track."

He added: "We believe that the abortive negotiations are not useful."

He continued to address the current developments in Afghanistan, stressing the need to form a comprehensive government with the participation of all ethnic groups in Afghanistan.

Expressing concern over the developments in the country, as well as the growth of terrorism and drug trafficking, he stated: "Sending humanitarian aid is one of our priorities, and despite the difficult conditions, we have tried to keep our border crossings open."

On Iran's relation with the EU, the minister added: "Europe is not just the Troika (UK, France, and Germany), but the E3 must abandon its passive policies in the nuclear deal and distance itself from inaction in the implementation of the JCPOA."
