Iran Press/ Iran news: In a phone conversation with Iran’s Foreign Minister Hossein Amirabdollahian on Sunday evening, Abdullah congratulated Amirabdollahian on his appointment as Iranian foreign minister and appreciated Tehran’s stands in defense of the Afghan nation.
Abdullah also elaborated on the latest status of the ongoing human catastrophe in Afghanistan and asked for urgent dispatching of Iran’s humanitarian aids to his country.
The two sides agreed on the necessity of a campaign against terrorism and also the establishment of an all-encompassing government in Afghanistan, comprised of the representatives of the entire Afghan tribes and ethnic groups.
The two sides were also emphatically agreed that the Afghan people must decide about the future of their own country.
