Afghanistan latest news

Kabul (IP) – With the rise of Taliban forces in various parts of Afghanistan, including Kabul, the issue of Afghan women's hijab has come to the fore.

Iran press/Asia: Taliban Spokesman Zabihullah Mujahid said Afghan women should stay at home, for now, to train Taliban forces in dealing with women, but women must wear the full hijab to participate in society and the workplace.

According to the Iran Press reporter, the number of women commuting in the streets of Kabul has decreased significantly, and the few women commuting wear full hijabs; some of them wear veils in addition to wearing chadors.

Taliban forces entered Kabul on August 15, 2021, after taking control of different provinces of Afghanistan without clashing with Afghan troops.
