Iran PressAsia: Competing with 6 weightlifters, Iran's Ali Davoudi snatched a silver medal in the super heavyweight category. 

Davoodi lifted 200 kg and 241 kg respectively in the snatch and clean-and-jerk and won the silver medal with a total of 441 kg, standing after a Georgian athlete Lasha Talakhadze.

Man Assad from Syria also stood the third place.
