144 COVID-19 patients lost their lives in last 24hrs

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Health Ministry announced on Thursday that 144 patients had died of COVID-19 during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 83,473.

Iran PressIran news: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to June 22, 2021, 3,140,129 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,797,105 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 11,734 cases, out of whom 1,342 patients were hospitalized.

3,225 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICU).

So far, 22,945,493 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 22 cities are red, 175 are orange, and 251 are yellow zones.

So far, 4,412,104 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 1,069,565 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 5,481,669 doses.
