Iran Press/ Europe: "The negotiators proceed from the understanding that the current round should be final," the Russian diplomat Mikhail Ulyanov added.
The Vienna talks that started in early April between Tehran and the remaining parties have been focused on getting the US to lift the sanctions so that Iran would reverse the retaliatory steps it has taken away from the agreement in harmony with Article 26 of the JCPOA.
