Iran Press/ Iran News: Speaking at the fourth extraordinary meeting of the standing committee on Palestine, held in Tehran on Monday 24 May, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf said that in recent days the world had witnessed the faked and the child-killer Zionist regime committing the most atrocious crimes against our brothers and sisters in occupied Palestine.
"These atrocities and brutal killings took place while some were trying to neutralize the ugliness of them by taking the wrong path of normalizing relations with the Zionist regime," Ghalibaf said.
"At the same time, the occupying regime has been continuing its crimes against the Palestinians, Al-Quds, and Gaza for more than seventy years," he added.
The recent 12-day Palestinian resistance has created a new equation in which all Muslims worldwide speak about the liberation of Holy Quds, which is the first Qibla for Muslims and the third holy shrine of Islam, Qalibaf noted.
The recent resistance of the Palestinians from Al-Aqsa and Al-Quds proved to the US government that Islamic countries and world public opinion were not indifferent to the fate of Palestine and Al-Quds, Ghalibaf added.
