Iran Press/ Europe: In an interview with Arabic Sky News, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said the consultations is underway in Vienna.
"The purpose of the Vienna talks is to revive the nuclear deal," said Russia's deputy foreign minister.
"We have offered the parties a complimentary roadmap on how to return to the obligations of the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA), Ryabkov added.
