Oil production increased in southern Iran

Tehran (IP) - The Managing Director of the National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) announced an increase in oil production in these areas.

Iran PressIran News: "According to plans, production at the end of the year 1400 (March 2021) will be 10% higher than current production," said Ahmad Mohammadi, Managing Director of the National Iranian South Oil Company, referring to a 30% increase in oil production in the second half of last year (June 21, 2020, to March 20, 2021). 

He also pointed to the increase in production in National Iranian South Oil Company in the second half of 1399, noting: "We increased the production level by 30% compared to the first half of the year and we have a detailed plan for the year 1400 to increase production."

According to Mohammadi, the National Iranian South Oil Company is 100 percent ready to return to pre-sanctions production.
