Iran press/ Asia: During a meeting between Abdul Reza Rahmani Fazli and Emomali Rahmon on Tuesday, the two sides discussed aspects of Tajik-Iranian bilateral relations, in particular, the status and prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the field of security.
During the meeting, Emomali Rahmon stressed the need for comprehensive implementation of the signed security document, which has provided a favorable basis for strengthening cooperation between Tajikstan and Iran.
Senior Iranian and Tajik officials also discussed other international and regional issues. 219
