Tehran (IP) - Iran's Ministry of Health spokeswoman announced that 1,558,159 people in the country has been infected with the coronavirus, and 1,331,162 recovered.

Iran Press/Iran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to February 19, 2021, newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 8,017 cases out of whom 678 patients were hospitalized, Sima Sadat Lari stated.

She noted that in the past 24 hours, 77 COVID-19 patients had lost their lives, bringing the total death toll to 59,341.

3,669 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition, according to the spokeswoman.

So far, 10,330,898 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across the country, the Health Ministry spokeswoman pointed.

According to the latest analysis, 11 cities are in red, 52 in orange, 217 are in yellow, and 168 are in the blue zones.
