Tehran (IP)- The head of the Foreign Relations Commission of the Iranian Parliament said that the Biden government was seeking new concessions from the Islamic Republic of Iran in case of returning to the JCPOA.

Iran Press/Iran News:  In an exclusive interview with Iran Press News Agency, Abbas Golroo said about his assessment of the behavior of the Biden administration and the US foreign policy team: "To say that the appointment of people who have previously been involved in the nuclear negotiations is positive is not true, because the US Secretary of State's approach shows that the Americans are not seeking to normalize JCPOA."

The chairman of the Iranian parliament's foreign relations committee said that Obama and John Kerry, former negotiators, at the time behind the scenes were urging companies and banks around the world not to cooperate with the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Golroo stated that he was not optimistic about the Biden administration's approach to Iran: "If Mr. Biden wanted to do something, he should have issued an order to return to JCPOA on the first day he entered the White House."
