Iran Press/ America: In his first official speech as the 46th President of the United States on Wednesday, Joe Biden emphasized the need for unity among the American people.
"Extremism and lawlessness must be eradicated throughout the United States by empathy and unity," he said.
Referring to the Trump supporters' attack on Congress, he said: "Those violent people thought that they could silence the will of the people, undermine democracy, this did not happen and will never happen."

Earlier, media outlets reported that Biden planned to issue at least 15 executive orders on his first day in office to reverse the actions of former US President Donald Trump, including returning to the Paris climate agreement, the World Health Organization, lifting the immigration ban from several Muslim-majority countries, and stopping the construction of a border wall with Mexico. 219
