Iran Press/ Iran News: Gen. Hatami speaking in a ceremony to mark the 40th day of martyrdom of prominent scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh held at Shahid Beheshti University, highlighted that Martyrs Fakhrizadeh and Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani's path will be continued without any halt, even the enemies are well aware of it.
The high ranking military official stressed that science would not be killed or destroyed, but why the enemies resorted to terror and assassination, is due to their inability or have sinister goals behind it, the matter cannot be answered in a short while, but in the long run, it can be discussed and evaluated.
By assassination Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, enemies have terrorized the Iranian nation. The enemies even prevented people from having their very own rights.
"Enemies assassinated Lt. Gen. Qasem Soliemani, who was a great hero fighting terrorism", Hatami said.
"Gen. Soleimani has defeated the ISIS who occupied and sieged 90 percent of Syria and Iraq, while enemies called him terrorist," he said.
Gen. Hatami stressed that the 8-year imposed war, 17,000 martyrs of terrorism, and many other long lists of enemies' crimes have proven how they insolently try to undermine Iran's security, their terrorism though might have a short-term impact on us, the Iranian nation stands still and remain strong.
"The sanctions, the 8-year imposed war have brought innumerable challenges for the Iranian nation and make their livelihood difficult Saddam Hossein had intended to siege Tehran, Khuzestan, and Iran in two weeks, but he failed, and Iranian responded resoundingly with their resistance," Hatami noted.
