Tehran (IP) - In a message on Saturday, Iran's Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) condemned Daesh's (ISIS) killing of Shia Muslims in Pakistan's Quetta.

Iran PressIran News: In the message, ICRO stated that the attacks by Daesh were carried out to divide the Muslims, adding: "At a time when the Islamic world needs unity and empathy more than ever, the occurrence of such painful events are a sign of a preplanned plot  for the division and separation of the Shia and Sunni believers."

The Iranian body expressed hope that the Pakistani authorities punish the perpetrators and prevent happening such incidents again.

Daesh terrorists claimed responsibility for a brutal attack on Sunday that killed 11 miners from Pakistan’s Hazara Shias in Baluchistan province.

The attack took place early on Sunday morning in the Mach area of Bolan district around 100 km southeast of Baluchistan’s capital Quetta, killing the miners in a restroom near the coal mine where they worked, officials said.
