Judiciary Spox:

Tehran (IP)- Judiciary spokesman stated that 48 people have been identified who involved in the assassination of Lt. General Qasem Soleimani, among whom there are political and military figures of the United States at the top of the list is US President.

Iran PressIran news: In response to Iran Press questions on Qasem Soleimani and Mohsen Fakhrizadeh’s assassination, Gholam-Hossein Esmaili noted that assassinating Qasem Soleimani and his companions’ case is followed by Tehran international court.

Declaring readiness to help to find those behind Lt. Gen. Qasem Soleimani's and his companions' assassination, Esmaili stressed that 6 countries have sent related documents.

The official added that those who were involved in the killing are on the "Wanted list" in terms of what role they played.

The assassination of General Qasem Soleimani is being pursuit by the Foreign Ministry, Interpol, and Quds Forces by adopting a resolution on bringing those people to justice, he said.

A special court with a special judge has been set and ready to follow the case of victims martyred with Qasem Soleimani.

Regarding Mohsen Fakhrizadeh's assassination case, Esmaili underlined that significant documents had been achieved on the perpetrators and participants in the assassination and the case is followed up in Tehran.

Lt. General Qasem Soleimani, commander of the IRGC's Quds Force, and Jamal Ja'far Muhammad Ali Al Ibrahim known as Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, deputy head of the Iraqi popular mobilization unit (Al-Hashd al-Sha'abi), and their companions were killed on January 3, 2020, in an airstrike by US terrorist forces at Baghdad airport in Iraq.

Also, the head of the Research and Innovation Organization of Iran's Ministry of Defense Mohsen Fakhrizadeh was martyred on November 27 in a terrorist attack near Tehran.
