Iran Press/ Iran News: Gholam-Hossein Esmaili, in a virtual press conference with reporters on Tuesday about the legal and judicial follow-up of the assassination of Gen. Qasem Soleimani and Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, said: "This case is about to be completed in the prosecutor's office."
The Spokesman for the Iranian judiciary said that a special branch of the court would investigate the matter as soon as the indictment was issued, adding that the case of the assassination of Martyr Fakhrizadeh had been investigated and evidence had been obtained.
In response to a reporter's question about US crime against the Iranian people over the past years, and that a number of injured Iranians have filed a complaint, Esmaili said that citizens who have been harmed by US actions can file lawsuits in the courts of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
