IFRC praises Red Crescent Society's anti COVID-19 measures

The International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC) appreciated the measures of the Iranian Red Crescent Society in combating coronavirus.

Iran PressEurope: At the meeting of the National Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies, which was held for five days through a webinar, the international body appreciated the reform programs and measures of Iran, Australia, Japan, Germany, and Canada.

Every year, IFRC's Emergency Response Unit meeting code-named (ERU) is held.

During the event, all national societies affiliated with the International Committee of the Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement will discuss issues related to health during accidents and incidents, treatment and exchange their thoughts, and shared their experience together with scientific and operational knowledge of the populations of the member courtiers.

The meeting is held annually at the headquarters of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies in Switzerland with the participation of members, such as the online meeting.
