Isfahan (IP) - Isfahani artist has beautifully painted a miniature artwork named "Path of Emergence" on the occasion of the martyrdom anniversary of Lt. Gen Qasem Soleimani.

Iran Press/Iran News: The latest work of this veteran artist and prominent professor of the Art University of Isfahan, Reza Badrossama is the image of Lt. Gen Qasem Soleimani, named "Path of Emergence," which was created with full emotion.

The art of painting in Iran has a very long history, and in the past, special Iranian paintings were called miniatures or 'Negargari'.

Iranian artists have made great efforts to perfect this style of painting since the Mongol invasion.

Most Iranian artists believe that miniature art is unique to Iran and it is an Iranian art because it was completed and developed in Iran.

Reza Badrossama, born in 1949, is one of the leading artists in Isfahan, who has created magnificent works in this painting style for more than half a century.

Most of his works include the verses of the Holy Quran, the twelve Imams of Shia, and poems of great poets.

Iranian Miniature Art was recently registered on the UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization) World Heritage List at the 15th meeting of the International Committee for Intangible Cultural Heritage.
