Iran Press/Iran news: This bill recognizes any act or behavior imposed against women physically or mentally which harms their characters or dignities or any relation, which based in gender create any limitation or deprivation or causes any kind of restrictions of her legal rights or freedoms as a violent action.
This bill also protects women who are under pressure from men who threaten them with circulating their private photos or videos on social media and punish them in the courts.
Bill also considers legal punishment for a man who without any rational explanation left home.
The bill with recognition of new legal rights for women will prevent violence against them and consider punishments for anyone who commits violence in a variety of different cases.
It also would create a preventive measure to support women.
