The statement said the personnel serving in the Army Air Force and Navy were martyred while defending the country after enemy projectiles struck positions in Bandar Abbas and Bushehr during a criminal U.S. military attack in the early hours of Wedensday.
The Army said the U.S. military carried out overnight strikes on areas in the provinces of Hormozgan, Bushehr, and Khuzestan.
Following the attack, the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) and Army launched a joint missile and drone operation targeting 85 U.S. military bases in Bahrain and Kuwait.
