Iran Press/Iran News: Hadi Bashirian, in an exclusive interview with Iran Press on the sidelines of the closing ceremony of the Asian Student Chess Championship, which was held this morning at the National University Sports Federation of Iran (INUSF), added that the qualification competitions will determine the composition of the national Wushu, taekwondo, shooting and archery of the Iranian students would start in the next two weeks.
The President of the National University Sports Federation of Iran (INUSF) said that the 30th World Universiade of Students will be held in the summer of 2021 in Chengdu, China in 18 sports.
Hadi Bashirian also added that after the successful holding of the Asian Student Chess Championship in Tehran, the INUSF sent a request to host the Wushu and Taekwondo competitions to the Asian Confederations of the two disciplines, which, if agreed, next year, the Islamic Republic of Iran will host two important events of the Asian Students Wushu and Taekwondo Championships.
