The statement says: "Any cooperation and conformity with the enemy from outside of the country that would heart national security will be met with the confiscation of all assets."
The statement refered to Article 1 of the law for intensification of punishments of espionage for the Israeli regime and cooperation with as well as other hostile countries against Iranian security and national interests, approved in the statement October 2025:
"Any operational action against Iran's national security done in favor of either the Zionist regime or any hostile states, including the U.S government or other hostile regimes and groups or in favor of any of their agents will be met with the confiscation of all assets based on Article 19."
"Any intelligence activity or act o espionage for the aforementioned regimes, states, and groups or any of their agents will be met with the confiscation of all assets with observing the recent part of "note" 5 from Article 19 of Islamic punishment, and execution."
