On the fifth day of the 43rd Fajr International Film Festival, eight films across various categories will be showcased in Shiraz, furthering the celebration of global cinema.

  • In the international competition, three films – Katane Yuata Mishi, Mars to May, and Look at Me – are screened in the yellow and orange halls.
     
  • In the East Showcase section, Iranian films "The Calm Man by Behnoush Sadighi" and "Love" by Mohammad Ali Safoura are featured in the purple hall.
     
  • "Beirut Boulevard" by Faraj Al-Hashem are the only film representing the Broken Olive Branch section, while "Anytime, Anywhere" by Milad Tangseir will be the sole representative of the "Perspectives" section.
     
  • The red hall hosts a selection of Iranian films and animations, including "The Catcher in the Rye" and "Tears of Hor."
     
  • The green hall screens "Poetically Cold Roads" by Masoud Jafari Jozani and "Untitled Paper" by Nasser Taghavi, while the yellow hall will present Ariel in the "Festival within a Festival" segment.
     
  • A special ‘Fajr Plus’ screening of short films by filmmakers from Fars Province will take place at 10:15 PM Iran Standard Time in the Orange Hall.
  • Today, a workshop on "Directing Poetic Films" by Haatif Alimardani will be held.
