The Iranian Culinary Tourism Consortium, in cooperation with the Academy of Food Specialists and the UNESCO Food and Gastronomy Club, has recognized leading Iranian and international chefs and restaurants at the Five F.A.U. The event was held from October 12 to 14.

The ceremony highlighted food as a key part of national identity and cultural exchange.

Mohsen Emami, Advisor to the President of the Cultural Heritage, Handicrafts and Tourism Organization, called for greater focus on social sustainability, employment, and public trust within the country’s food industry.
