The Israeli military said it used dozens of warplanes and air support units to strike the Yemeni capital, Sanaa. According to a preliminary report from the Yemeni Ministry of Health, at least two people were killed and 48 others injured.

Israeli airstrikes in Yemen targeted the Dhahaban power station, the Al-Nahdayn area, and two residential neighborhoods in the capital, Sanaa.

Residents reported hearing 11 explosions in the city.
