Top beneficial nuts , necessary for a diet plan

Tehran (IP) - Health experts recommend nuts as an impressive protein source necessary for building human bones, muscles, and skin.

Iran PressHealth: According to Healthline.com, Many studies have shown that nuts provide various health benefits, especially in regards to reducing heart disease risk factors.

There are many beneficial nuts available, but some provide a high amount of protein compared to others and are among the top recommended nuts by health and diet experts.  

The first one is Almond,  which is native to Iran and contains several important nutrients that may reduce heart disease and diabetes risk factors.

The second one, Similarly to almonds, is pistachios that improve "good" cholesterol levels.

The other one, Walnut, is a great source of omega-3 and many other nutrients.

The fourth one is Cashew, which, based on new studies, may improve blood lipid levels and reduce blood pressure.

Also, Pecans contain various beneficial nutrients that pack antioxidants and may help lower 'bad' LDL cholesterol.

The other recommended nut by health experts is called a Brazilian nut, an excellent selenium source. 

The next beneficial nut is Hazelnut, also recognized as a good source of vitamin E.
