Tehran (IP) - Iranian President said his country will come back into full compliance with its nuclear deal if the other parties uphold their obligations under this agreement.

Iran Press/Iran news: President Hassan Rouhani stated: "That low-literate businessman [Trump] scribbled a piece of paper and withdrew from JCPOA. All right, now the next person should come and get a decent piece of paper and sign it. It requires a signature, it does not require time and negotiation at all."

President Rouhani said the world should receive the message well that Iran will have completely different conditions for the production and sale of its oil than two years ago.

President Rouhani said the world should receive the message well that Iran will have completely different conditions for the production and sale of its oil than two years ago.

Referring to the submission of the 2021 budget bill to the parliament ahead of schedule, Hassan Rouhani stated at the cabinet meeting on Wednesday: "The first message of the budget bill is that we have a very bright and hopeful outlook for the next Iranian year and this is 'not' based on the fact that we want to negotiate with anyone."

Rouhani said that the basis of this budget is to announce more suitable economic conditions for the next year, noting: "We conveyed this message by announcing that we will sell 2.3 million barrels of oil. Next year, we have the capacity to produce 2.3 million barrels of oil, and we have the sales power, that is, we will produce and we will sell."

He called the second message of next year's budget bill a supportive view of the livelihood of people and said in this budget bill, special attention has been paid to people and low-income groups.

Rouhani described the third message of the 2021 budget bill as not relying on oil. "But this message does not mean that we should not sell oil. We extract and sell oil, but it is important that our current budget is not the oil budget. Oil is definitely used for the development of the country," he explained. 101
