ISRAEILI WAR ON IRAN

In an exclusive interview with Iran Press, Comrade Dr. Abdullahi Yalwa, a distinguished Nigerian security expert and analyst, stated that following the declaration of a ceasefire, Iran has maintained its security and demonstrated its resilience.

Comrade Yalwa who is also a senior lecturer at Department of Crime Management and Control at Abubakar Tatari Ali Polytechnic Bauchi highlighted that the conflict has revealed vulnerabilities in the United States while underscoring Iran's strength as a nation capable of robustly defending itself and its citizens, ready to confront any potential aggressors.

He asserted that the primary aim of the U.S. and Israeli military actions was to forcibly dismantle the Islamic Republic of Iran and install a compliant regime that would align with American interests, in contrast to the current government.

Additionally, Dr. Yalwa highlighted that the destruction of Iran’s nuclear program was a significant objective of the conflict. However, he emphasized that none of these goals were achieved. He described the U.S.-orchestrated attacks, executed through Israel, as a deliberate attempt to destabilize Iran and assert American dominance, similar to interventions in Syria and other neighboring countries. In response, Iran launched counterattacks on Israeli and U.S. military bases to directly challenge American interests.

He dismissed U.S. claims of non-involvement, asserting that the global community recognizes America’s role in instigating and sustaining the conflict to suppress any opposition to its interests. He praised Iran’s steadfast resistance against the America’s “tyrannical, dictatorial, and manipulative tendencies.” Despite U.S. efforts to discredit Iran and its leadership through negative portrayals, Dr. Yalwa concluded that these attempts have failed. He underscored that Iran has remained resilient, with the conflict exposing America’s vulnerabilities while affirming Iran’s strength and readiness to defend itself against any aggressor.
