Iranian Counter-Intelligence units have launched a wave of arrests against individuals suspected of working for Israeli intelligence, with dozens detained across Iran since the Iran-Israel war broke out on June 13.
Police in the northwestern province of Gilan earlier announced that at least 36 people suspected of cooperating with Israel have been arrested in a series of raids across the province since war broke out.
