ISRAEILI WAR ON IRAN

Still, strict Israeli censorship didn't work; it was leaked that 30 Shabak intelligence officers were killed in Be'er Sheva as a result of Iran's self-defense operations against Israeli-occupied territories.

Why it matters:

The toll reported indicates that there is a thread of leakages on way, despite the Israeli intelligence decisiveness to hide the level of devastation of key centers and death of commanders as the result of Iranian missile operation.

The big picture:

Missiles fired at the Israeli-occupied territories during the Iranian self-defense operation seriously hit Israeli intelligence headquarters, including Mossad, Aman, and Shabak, among other military centers.

  • ‌The situation has spiraled out of control, with videos showing the damage. Israeli authorities are astonished, confused, and embarrassed.

Context:

The U.S.-backed attack on Iran was the result of the Israeli regime's planning and preparation, along with surveillance of Iranian nuclear sites and scientists. The aggression was a joint project of Aman and Mossad.

State of play:

Israeli forces were exhausted during Iran's tough self-defense. The U.S. is involved in aggression to support the Israeli regime. Iran simultaneously carried out counterattacks, hitting Tel Aviv and the U.S. Al-Udeid Base in Qatar hard. Finally, the U.S. and Israel implored for a ceasefire.

  • ‌The 30-officers-killed figure emerged suddenly, as Israeli TV Channel 12 announced 29 were killed and 872 others injured during the nonstop pounding of the occupied territories.

Zoom out:

  • Anger and anxiety ruled in the White House as U.S. attacks on Iranian nuclear facilities were reported to have left them almost intact.
  • ‌Trump fires at CNN reporter: “Natasha Bertrand should be FIRED from CNN! I watched her for three days doing Fake News. She should be IMMEDIATELY reprimanded, and then thrown out ‘like a dog.’”
  • ‌CNN: "We stand 100% behind Natasha Bertrand's journalism and specifically her and her colleagues' reporting ... We do not believe it is reasonable to criticize CNN reporters for accurate reporting."

Zoom in: ‌

  • U.S. and U.K. intelligence, CIA and MI6, aided Israeli intelligence. ‌
  • Mossad agents activated within Iran are being neutralized one by one.
  • 31,000 buildings have been destroyed in Tel Aviv, Haifa, and other cities, as Israeli media admit.
  • ‌Clashes erupted among Zionists within the occupied territories as they rushed to shelters.
  • Israeli authorities are angry about the failure to intercept Iranian missiles.

By the numbers:

The Israeli Tax Authority's Compensation Department reported:

  • A NIS 5 billion ($1.47 billion) price tag is calculated.
  • Direct hits from Iran on the Weizmann Institute of Science in Rehovot and the Bazan oil refinery in Haifa were particularly destructive. ‌
  • Israel’s funds for property reparations stood at NIS 9 billion ($2.64 billion) before the start of Israel’s preemptive attack on Iran on June 13. It currently has claims on the table of NIS 6 billion ($1.76 billion) from the Iranian response.
  • “These are figures we have never seen for direct property damage,” Amir Dahan, head of the department, told the Knesset Finance Committee on Monday.

    What's next:

The Israeli regime is determined to hide the blatant defeat it suffered from Iran and continues to downplay the impact of Iranian missiles. But, as the situation has spiraled out of control, we may observe more intelligence officers killed and more military research facilities devastated. This is just the beginning.
