On Sunday evening, a large number of citizens gathered outside the Central mosque of Sector G6 in the Pakistani capital.
Along with the youth, children, women and the elderly also participated, carrying pictures of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Seyyed Ali Khamenei, the martyrs of Iran and the resistance. Not only Muslims but also the non-Muslim community participated in the rally and expressed full solidarity with the brotherly neighboring country of Iran.
The protesters changed slogans against the US and the Israeli regime, while the speakers said that even after the US attack on Iran, if the Muslim Ummah does not unite, then the U.S. and Israel will not leave any Muslim country safe "Trump has shown the world his hypocrisy and duplicity in just a few months of taking office."
The speakers said that there is no doubt that the U.S. has a hand in every evil deed of the Israeli regime.
Talking to Iran Press on this occasion, Syed Nasirr Shirazi, the central leader of the Majlis-e-Wahdat-e-Muslimeen, said: "We had an idea that Trump would carry out this attack and that the US attack on Iran's nuclear sites is proof of Israel's failure. In fact, this attack is also proof of U.S. failure."
" Although the U.S. bypassed international laws and regulations, Iran had already transferred its nuclear assets from there and there were no casualties, so Trump's adventure has also proven to be a failure," he added.
Former senator and head of the Save Gaza Campaign, Mushtaq Ahmad Khan, said: "We are here to express solidarity with Iran and the brave people of Iran, and to support Iran's internal security and resistance."
"The U.S. attack on Iran is a war crime, a violation of international laws, NPT law and the UN Charter. The US has committed a serious war crime by using the most dangerous bombs on innocent Iranian citizens," he added.
Renowned anchor and war analyst Harmeet Singh said that an attack on Iran's sovereignty is an attack on the entire region.
"Now, Pakistan will have to stand up for its defense along with Russia and China in this war because it is a war for the survival of all the countries in the region. Trump talked about negotiations on one hand and violated his own constitution by attacking in the dark of night. Not only is Congress disagreeing, but the American people have also come out against this attack," Singh noted.
Syed Fakhar Naqvi, the Central President of the Imamia Students Organization, said that today's rally is against the great satan, America. "We want to send a message to the world that the Iranian revolution is not alone, freedom fighters from all over the world stand with Iran. Today, everyone knows who the enemy of the Muslim Ummah is. By attacking Iran, the ugly face of America has been revealed."
A student participating in the rally said: "We send this message to our Iranian brothers and sisters that we are with you. We are ready to shed our last drop of blood at the call of the Supreme Leader. The Muslim Ummah should now demonstrate unity and stand up for Iran and Palestine. America is the Pharaoh of this time and will meet its end."
