Israeli soldiers fatally shot a 15-year-old Palestinian on Friday during clashes in the occupied West Bank, although the Zionist entity's army said its forces had not used live fire.

Iran PressMiddle East: The teenager was hit by a bullet in his abdomen and was taken in critical condition for treatment at a hospital in the Palestinian city of Ramallah where he succumbed to his wounds, the Palestinian Health Ministry said.

An Israeli military spokesperson said its soldiers had used what she described as "riot dispersal means" to confront dozens of Palestinians who were hurling rocks at soldiers and trying to roll rocks and burning tires at Israeli vehicles.

The Palestinian teenager was involved in a weekly protest against Israeli settlements at the al-Mughayyir village near Ramallah, said Marzouq Abu Naeem, a member of the village council.

"This ugly crime is a war crime and a crime against humanity," the Palestinian Authority Foreign Ministry said in a statement.

The UAE, Bahrain, and Sudan have signed agreements on the normalization of relations with Israel in the White House in deals brokered by US President Donald Trump's administration.

At the time that the Israeli regime has occupied many Arab-Islamic areas in addition to repressing the Palestinians, the Arab regimes are making their efforts to normalize relations with the Israeli regime.
