Mohammad Eslami wrote in a letter to the IAEA Director General Rafael Mariano Grossi: "The Islamic Republic of Iran has taken the necessary measures to defend its sovereign rights and will pursue appropriate legal measures, especially in relation to the inactions taken by Your Excellency."
