ISRAELI WAR ON IRAN

During a parliamentary session on the vote of confidence for the proposed Minister of Economy, Ali Madanizadeh, Iranian President declared that Iran is not an aggressor and urged Iranians to unite and stand resolutely against the aggression directed at the country.

Condemning the criminal actions of the Zionist regime, which resulted in the martyrdom of several Iranian military commanders, scientists, and civilians, Pezeshkian stated, “We are not aggressors. The enemy cannot eliminate us or our nation through assassinations and terrorism.”

Pezeshkian emphasized, “What Iran and our nation demand today is a legitimate and undeniable right, recognized under all international laws. We have the right to benefit from nuclear energy and research that serves our society, and no one can deprive the Islamic Republic of this right.”

He further noted, “It was not us who abandoned the negotiation table; rather, we initiated indirect talks. We were engaged in talks, and in line with the policies of the Supreme Leader, we are not pursuing nuclear weapons. This is our belief and conviction.”

The President added, “The United States is engaging in coercion and, in violation of international norms, allows Israel to commit aggression and attacks against our country. We have never sought war, nor have we initiated it.”
