The statement reads: "The aggressive and adventurous action of the Israeli regime at dawn on Friday, 13 June, in attacking parts of the country, including both civilian and military areas, resulted in the martyrdom and injury of a number of our dear compatriots, including women, children, and several armed forces commanders.
The Communications Center of the General Staff of the Armed Forces, while condemning this blatant act of aggression by the malicious Israeli regime enemy which violates all international norms assures the noble, martyr-nurturing, and courageous people of Islamic Iran, in line with the command of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution, that your soldiers in the Armed Forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran will deliver a forceful and regret-inducing response to the perpetrators, agents, and supporters of this cowardly act.
