Tehran (IP) - The Swiss Foreign Minister and the Chinese Ambassador in Tehran as well as other senior world politicians condemned the assassination of the prominent Iranian scientist Fakhrizadeh on Friday.

Iran PressEurope: The Chinese ambassador in Tehran condemned the assassination of Martyr Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

During a meeting with Hossein Amir-Abdollahian, a senior foreign policy advisor to the Iranian Parliament Speaker, Chinese Ambassador to Tehran Chang Hua emphasized the strategic relations between Tehran and Beijing.

During the meeting, the two sides also stressed the need to strengthen the longstanding, civilizational, and historical relations between the two countries.

Also, the Swiss Foreign Minister on Friday condemned the assassination of prominent Iranian scientists.

"First of all, I want to condemn any act of violence, including this assassination, and I want all parties to refrain from further violence," Ignazio Cassis said in an interview with Kan, a Zionist State-owned TV channel. 

The Swiss Foreign Minister added: "Any action to de-escalation must be supported, and we are ready to support the process."

Friday afternoon, armed terrorists attacked the car carrying Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, the head of the Research and Innovation Organization of the Ministry of Defense.

According to the information received by Iran Press News Agency, the remains of a weapon used by the terrorists in the assassination of Mohsen Fakhrizadeh show that this weapon was made in Israel.

Also, evidence obtained reveals the role of the elements of MKO terrorists in Friday's terrorist incident.
