Tehran (IP) - The foreign ministers of Iraq and the Republic of Azerbaijan condemned the terrorist operation against the top Iranian scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh in separate telephone calls with the Iranian foreign minister.

Iran PressIran news: In the conversation with Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Sunday, Iraqi Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein condemned the terrorist act against Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

He offered his condolences to the Iranian people and government.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Jeyhun Bayramov, also called the action inhuman in a telephone conversation with Zarif.

Many countries, including Russia, Venezuela, South Africa, and Turkey have condemned the assassination of Iranian nuclear scientist Mohsen Fakhrizadeh.

Martyr Mohsen Fakhrizadeh, head of the Research and Innovation Organization of the Ministry of Defense, was martyred in a terrorist attack around Tehran on Friday evening.

Iranian foreign minister, in a Twitter post, pointed out that serious signs indicate Israel's role in the great Iranian scientist's assassination, saying the assassination shows the belligerence and warmongering of the perpetrators out of desperation.
