US President Donald Trump has tweeted that he has won the election, a sign of continuing to refuse to concede.

Iran PressAmerica: "I WON THE ELECTION!" wrote the US president in a tweet on Monday while his refusing to concede the election has entered a more dangerous phase as he stokes resistance and unrest among his supporters and spreads allegations aimed at undermining the integrity of the American voting system.

Trump announced that the evidence he gathered from election irregularities show that the US election is unconstitutional.

“Many of the court cases being filed all over the country are not ours, but rather those of people that have seen horrible abuses,” Donald Trump said in a tweet.

He added: “Our big cases showing the unconstitutionality of the 2020 Election, & the outrage of things that were done to change the outcome, will soon be filed!”

However, he acknowledged his rival Joe Biden’s victory but stressed that he has won the election through fraud.

Still, Trump stressed Biden is a winner of the election just in the fake news media and that he will not give way.

Despite Trump's allegations of electoral fraud, the American media claim that Trump's lawyers have so far provided no evidence to the courts.

Trump continues to talk about winning the election, while his campaign to prove fraud in US courts has so far failed.

A court in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on Friday, dismissed five lawsuits filed by Trump and Republican campaigners alleging irregularities and violations in the 2020 presidential election ballot box.
