Qatari Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani and Tunisian President Kais Saied reviewed bilateral relations and developments in Libya.

During the meeting between Sheikh Tamim and Kais Saied, which was held at the Amiri Diwan in Qatar in Doha, the two sides conferred on the expansion of cooperation between the two countries and the latest developments in Libya.

Tamim said the meeting would strengthen bilateral cooperation between Qatar and Tunisia and pave the way for broader collaboration in the interests of the two friendly countries.

Kais Saied also expressed hope for the continuation of such meetings and thanked Qatar for its assistance to his country in the fight against the Coronavirus.

The two sides also discussed bilateral cooperation and development in all fields, especially in politics, economic development, investment, health, education and regional and international issues, especially the latest developments in Libya.
