Iran, determined to pursue Lt. Gen. Soleimani assassination: Judiciary chief

Tehran (IP) - The head of Iran's judiciary stressed that the Islamic Republic of Iran was firm and serious in administering justice to the perpetrators of the assassination of Lt. Gen. Soleimani.

Iran PressIran news: Referring to Trump's defeat in the US presidential election, the Head of Iran's Judiciary Ebrahim Raisi, said on Monday: "A terrorist who supports terrorists and also his hand is stained with the blood of Lt. Gen. Soleimani, the hero of the fight against terrorism, is expelled from the White House."

Raisi stressed that we will definitely continue to pursue the assassination issue.

Gen. Qasem Soleimani, the late Commander of the IRGC's Quds Force, who arrived in Iraq on January 3 at the official invitation of Iraqi officials, along with Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis, Deputy Chief of Iraq's Popular Mobilization Committee (Al-Hashd Al-Sha'abi) and eight others were killed in an airstrike by US aggressor and terrorist forces near Baghdad airport in Iraq.
