Tehran (IP) - The Senior Spokesman of the Armed Forces Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi said that recognizing enemy threats in cyberspace is important.

Iran PressIran News: Speaking in the unveiling ceremony of the cyberspace system of the Armed Forces, Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi stated that cyberspace is a battlefield, and if the enemy’s threats are recognized in this field, they can be defeated.

Emphasizing the fact that the content in cyberspace should also be commensurate with the enemy's threats, he clarified that the content should be intelligent, targeted, coordinated, synergistic, and fast.

Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi stated that the United States, the European countries, Israel, and all the countries that are in contact with this regime, are trying to harm Iran in cyberspace due to their internal problems and inability to confront Iran.

He emphasized: "People are the biggest supporter of the country; We must not allow the enemies to destroy the public opinion by abusing cyberspace."

At the beginning of the ceremony, the head of Development and Promotion of Sacred Defense Culture in Cyberspace and Satellite Center, Hamid Heydari presented a report explaining the cyberspace strategies of the Armed Forces.

He stressed that one of the most important strategies of the Armed Forces cyberspace is to prevent the distortion of sacred defense reports.

Heydari noted that 240 terabytes of photos, the operational attachments of the Holy Defense are available as a document in the cyberspace of the armed forces.

He concluded that new technologies have been used in cyberspace to increase the attractiveness of cultural centers and develop audiences.

The unveiling of the cyberspace system of the Armed Forces was held on Wednesday in the presence of some Armed Forces officials in Tehran.
