Iran Press/Iran News: On the sidelines of visiting the exhibition of the achievements of the Holy Defense entitled "Eqtedar (Authority)- 40" on Monday, Brigadier General Alireza Elhami said: "With the valuable experiences we have gained from the years of the Holy Defense and the existence of the country's scientists, we brought a combination of knowledge and experience to the fore in a way that has resulted in the authority, severance of affiliation, and display of various examples of the power of the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Deputy Commander of the Army Air Defense Forces emphasized that the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran has built equipment and systems that make it superior to the enemy, stating: "These systems are 100% internal and designed by the Army of the Islamic Republic of Iran. Achievements in air defense move on the edge of technology in areas of command and control."
He elaborated: "No country in the world provides its up-to-date command and control system to another country; therefore, since many years ago, we decided to design and equip a fully dynamic, up-to-date, extensive and active command and control system. And today such a system has been entirely manufactured in Iran, and I dare say it is the most dynamic and active command and control system in the country."
Elhami stated that the Army air defense does not need any country in the field of design, construction, and repairs today, adding: "Today, the "Moraqeb" radar system is designed by the army air defense, which with new and three-dimensional technology can travel up to kilometers outside the borders of the country. No UAVs of any size can hide from the sharp surveillance of the radar system and the zealous sons of the army of the Islamic Republic of Iran."
The Deputy Commander of the Army Air Defense Force went on to say: "We have Iranian equipment in the field of combat and missile equipment in all areas of low, medium, and high altitude. An example of this is the "Bavar 373" system, which is a manifestation of self-confidence, combination of the capabilities of our army air defense soldiers and scientists in the Ministry of Defense, and this system competes with similar examples in the world."
