Tehran (IP) - The spokeswoman for the Ministry of Health, Sima Sadat Lari said on Sunday in her presser that so far, 446,448 people in the country have definitely been infected with the coronavirus, and 374,170 of the total infected people have recovered and been discharged from hospitals.

Iran Press/Iran news: According to Sima Sadat Lari, definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to September 27, 2020, in the country, 3,362 new patients with COVID-19 were diagnosed, out of whom 1,377 of patients were hospitalized.

The Spokeswoman said that in the past 24 hours, 195 COVID-19 patients have lost their lives, and 25,589 people have lost their lives in the country to date.

4,059 COVID-19 patients are in critical condition.

"So far, around 3,932,571 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted," the Health Ministry spokeswoman noted.

She pointed out: Tehran, Isfahan, Qom, East Azerbaijan, South Khorasan, Semnan, Qazvin, Lorestan, Ardabil, Khuzestan, Kermanshah, Kohgiluyeh and Boyer-Ahmad, Gilan, Bushehr, Zanjan, Ilam, Khorasan Razavi, Mazandaran, Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari, Alborz, West Azerbaijan, Markazi, Kerman, North Khorasan, Hamedan, and Yazd are in red.

Lari also stated: Kordestan, Hormozgan, Fars, and Golestan provinces are also on alert.
